AI agents for business, with human oversight
We apply AI to document search, triage and customer support. We build assistants and agents with authorized sources, bounded tasks and human review.
Start with the idea or problem. You do not need a technical solution already designed.

An assistant that answers with sources, acts within agreed permissions and hands sensitive cases to a person.
When this service makes sense
- Find answers in internal documents with source references
- Prepare customer support responses for review
- Classify requests and refer uncertain cases to a responsible person
What we deliver
- Defined solution tasks, sources and boundaries
- Prototype in a controlled environment
- Quality tests, action logs and review rules
Compare approaches before defining the project
- Alternatives
- Compare search, rules, OCR extraction and source-based answers using RAG. Use AI when it fits the task; none of these approaches guarantees every answer is correct.
- Initial scope
- One authorized source and questions covering expected answers, missing information and restricted access. Initial delivery includes evaluation and its limits.
- What affects time and cost
- Source volume and format, permissions, integrations, evaluation criteria, updates and provider usage costs. Private documents are not needed for initial contact.
- Delivery and continuity
- The proposal defines acceptance criteria, documentation, responsibilities and access to the commissioned deliverables. Support, hosting, third-party services and future development have explicit scope and terms; they are not assumed to be included.
How we develop the project
The work advances in short stages, with documented decisions and review before expanding scope.
- step 1Select the approach and evaluate responses
- step 2Control sources, tools and permissions
- step 3Human review and exception handling
We only build what is worth building
We use AI when it solves the problem better than simple rules. Sensitive decisions stay with a responsible person, with a record of what the agent did.
Questions to define scope
Short answers to understand when this path deserves to become a project.
Can agents execute actions without supervision?
Only when risk is low and limits are defined. In sensitive actions, the agent prepares, explains and escalates for human approval.
How do you evaluate whether an agent is ready for use?
We evaluate role, tools, knowledge base, response criteria, logs, escalation, error rate, source coverage and situations where it must stop.
Who is accountable if the agent fails in production?
A human owner is defined before go-live, and the agent logs every action so what happened can be reconstructed. On sensitive actions it stops and escalates; a failure never becomes a black box.
Transparency note: the examples on this page illustrate common situations. They are not client case studies. Timeline and budget are defined for each project.
