01 · Diagnosis and prioritization

We map processes, data, risks and goals to decide where AI helps now, where software is enough and which first workflow deserves investment.

output: An executive plan with problem, owner, metric, risk, effort and the next engineering step.
limit: We do not recommend implementation when there is no process owner, minimum data or verifiable success criterion.

02 · Internal product and integration

We build internal systems, APIs, dashboards, automations and tailored tools with AI when it truly adds value to the workflow.

output: Usable software, integrated into operations and designed with metrics, owner, monitoring and a clear evolution path.
limit: We do not operate as a generic software factory. The project must be connected to process, decision, automation or operational intelligence.

03 · Assisted execution

We design agents and copilots for triage, support, analysis, documents and assisted execution with tools, limits and supervision defined.

output: Agents that know what they can do, when to request approval and how to log each relevant action.
limit: We do not sell agents as shortcuts. Without a clear process, an agent only accelerates confusion.

04 · Connected operation

We integrate systems, sensors, data sources and processes to reduce rework, operational variation and decisions without evidence.

output: Integrated workflows with monitoring, fallback and an approval point defined when risk requires it.
limit: We do not automate sensitive decisions without authority, human review and evidence trail.
